Home 　 How to online reservation Here is an instruction for online reservation. At Woodlandfarm, both registered members and non-members can reserve a room online. We strongly recommend registering for membership, as only members have the freedom to cancel reservations from the website. Membership registration is absolutely free. 　　How to reserve a room  　Select a room from accommodation plans or room types 　When the calendar comes up on the screen, click ** of the date, which you wish to reserve and move to the next step. 　Specify the number of persons to stay and move to the next step, check the number of persons and move to the next step. 　If you are a member, enter the login ID and password before clicking [To the reservation page]. If you are a non-member, just click [To the reservation page]. 　After filling in all the necessary details, click [Next] and after checking all the details, click [Reserve] to complete your reservation. In a few minutes, you will receive an automated Email to confirm the completion of reservation.   　How to proceed with membership registration 　Enter membership registration sending URL form address and click [send]. 　After filling in all the necessary details, click [Confirmation screen]. Check all the details and click [Register] to complete registration. 　In a few minutes, you will receive an automated Email to confirm the completion of your registration. You can now reserve a room using your registered ID and password. 　　Member’s MY Page  Members can benefit from the following features of ‘My Page’: 　■ Checking your reservation details 　■ Canceling your reservation 　■ Changing/deleting your membership registration details * You cannot change reservation details from the website. To change details, please cancel your reservation entirely at first, and then re-reserve. Alternatively, you can call us.  　When you forget your ID/password You can make inquiries about your registered login ID/password, when you forget them. Enter your registered Email address and telephone number, then go to the next step and we will retrieve and send your login ID and password to the matching Email address.  　Canceling your reservation You can cancel your reservation from the cancel page by entering your reservation No. and Email address you used for the reservation. If you are a member, you can cancel from member’s ‘My Page.’ Please be reminded that when you fail to notify us about your cancellation, you will be charged with the cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking price.
